October 2017

The completion of this iconic, high specification building marks the culmination of years of planning and development for both Bloomberg, its partners and Tate.

Set in a 3.2 acre site, the development displays architectural innovation, artistic flair and historical references whilst delivering 98.5% score against the BREEAM sustainability assessment method: the highest design-stage score ever achieved by any major office development.

The installation of 37,000 sq m of Tate RMG600 raised access flooring and 34,000 sq m of Tate’s Italian oak magnetic backed Attiro real wood architectural floor finish, is a landmark project for Tate. The combined systems allow quick and easy access to the steel encapsulated floor panels and the underfloor void.

We have installed over 37,000 sq m of Attiro wood flooring system throughout the building that features a unique open-plan workspace featuring a central spiral ramp to move between floors.
