Fresh Wharf achieved embodied carbon savings of 397 tonnes of CO₂e through a hybrid raised access flooring solution delivered by Tate’s in-house contracting team that combined 4,610 m² of reclaimed Reuse floor panels with 6,599 m² of Tate's low embodied carbon RMG600+ panels, demonstrating how material reuse and sustainable manufacturing can work together to reduce the environmental impact of commercial refurbishment projects.

The Kellstone building marks the pinnacle of the Leeds South Bank regeneration project, Aire Park. Tate’s raised access flooring was specified across the six floors, with a total of 6,790m2 RMG600 medium-grade panels. Our RMG600 is well-suited to support project sustainability initiatives with its FSC® certified core, Environmental Product Declaration, and BREEAM and WELL V2 confirmations.

The University of Bristol’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus is considered both a landmark regeneration scheme for the city and one of the UK’s most significant urban renewal projects. Tate was commissioned to deliver and install 27,954 m² of raised access flooring, consisting of four panel types: RMG Medium Grade, RHG Heavy Grade, FDEB H, and pre-bonded porcelain panels that included a bespoke finish, specifically designed for the scheme.

4ORTY has been transformed through a Grade A refurbishment into a modern, sustainable workplace. Targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL Core ‘Gold’ certifications, the project highlights Tate’s raised access flooring, using 6,245 m² of RMG600+ Airseal panels and 1,250 m² of reclaimed Reuse panels to combine performance, comfort, and circular design.

Tate played a key role in the sustainable design of 22 Bishopsgate by supplying and installing 118,254 sq. m. of PSA:2021 medium grade RMG600 raised access flooring across the main areas. With over 340,000 panels fitted, Tate’s solution contributed just 6.1% of the building’s total carbon. This helped 22 Bishopsgate achieve an embodied carbon rating 41% lower than London’s Energy Transformation Initiative benchmark for commercial offices, setting a new standard for sustainable high-rise design.

Tate supplied and installed 37,000 sq. m of RMG600 raised access flooring and 34,000 sq. m of Attiro real wood flooring at Bloomberg’s iconic headquarters, helping the building achieve the highest-ever BREEAM sustainability score.
