Havas Media Group is a global network of entertainment, media and communications agencies, that has recently opened its new ‘HKX’ village in Pancras Square, London to unite twenty-four of its UK operations in a stunning new European headquarters.

Fieldmans, one of our supply and install partners was selected to help create one of London’s most visually striking commercial interiors by combining the sleek, industrial finish of exposed steel encapsulated access floor panels with the elegance of an Attiro engineered timber floor.

Given the nature of a fast-moving office environment at Havas, the combination of 14,000 sq m of raised access floors and 3,000 sq m of Attiro engineered overlay flooring allows for the easy reconfiguration of office layouts and furniture, as well as providing instant access to the underfloor void.

Four years in the making, the 15,000 sq m space is one of 50 village office environments that Havas has built worldwide. Arranged across ten floors, the agency’s divisions now blend from one into another, with distinct foot-traffic flows, break-out spaces and hot-desking to encourage collaboration between the 1,700 employees who use the facility.

With their new office, the Havas team have created an exceptional environment for their workforce to flourish, with a touch of beautiful Italian craftsmanship at their feet too.
