Why work with us?
We work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to enable responsible reuse while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Experts you can trust
In over 120 years, we’ve seen the raised flooring industry evolve and have embraced innovative ways to reduce waste, lower embodied carbon, and support circular construction. Reuse has become a core part of how we help clients deliver sustainable projects.
Our in-house contracting team brings this experience to life on every project. From recovering panels at the end of their first life to onsite inspection, validation, and preparation, we ensure reused materials are ready for a second life and backed with limited warranty.
Through our reuse takeback scheme, we’ve recovered tens of thousands of square metres of panels from projects across the UK, turning what was once “end of life” into a sustainable solution for new installations.
By combining our heritage, technical expertise, and operational scale, we make responsible reuse simple, safe, and reliable, helping clients embrace circular construction.
At Tate, we know that being there in person matters
That's why our in-house contracting team can be on site within just 24 hours.
Panels are assessed during our on-site inspections so that we can provide you with accurate advise on performance and the confidence you need for your next project.
Your flooring solution should be sustainable and dependable, with Tate it's both.
Lower-Carbon Construction with Reuse and RMG600+
At Tate, we’re committed to helping the construction industry reduce its environmental impact. Reusing panels delivers immediate embodied carbon savings by extending the life of existing materials, while RMG600+ offers a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to traditional flooring solutions.
When used together, reuse panels and RMG600+ provide a practical pathway to lower-carbon construction. Reuse panels reduce waste and avoid unnecessary material production, while RMG600+ ensures any new installations contribute minimal environmental impact, all without compromising quality or reliability.
By combining these approaches, clients can meet sustainability targets more effectively, leveraging both the immediate benefits of reused materials and the long-term advantages of low-carbon new products.
Tate operates a Reuse scheme under which any PSA medium grade wood-core panels, including our own product ranges of RMG600 and RMG600+, and heavy grade panel RHG600 Simploc are included in the Reuse Panel takeback scheme and may be eligible for take back by Tate, subject to their condition and associated costs. Panels in suitable condition are inspected, validated and re-introduced into the market as Reuse panels.
