Tate provides three main configurations:

All are fully assembled, tested, and site-ready.

Our manifold systems are retrofit-ready, with modular configurations designed to integrate into existing infrastructure. Pre-assembled and pre-tested, they minimise installation time and reduce on-site disruption.

All manifolds undergo pressure testing at 1.5× operating pressure, weld inspection, and ISO 16232 particle testing with a target of <20,000 particles ≥5μm. Each unit is flushed, borescope-inspected, and fully traceable via ERP, with QA documentation provided on delivery.
