Can you tell me about your career journey at Tate? How did you get started in your field?
I started at Tate while completing my Bachelor of Construction Management at university. Through the university’s careers and jobs assistance department, I was encouraged to apply for a Cadetship role at Tate. This allowed me to begin my first full-time position while still studying. Paul Roach (Construction Director) kindly offered me the opportunity despite my limited industry experience. After two years at Tate and upon completing my degree in 2024, I was promoted to Project Coordinator. I now aim to progress further into a Project Manager role in the near future.
