Tate provides three main configurations:

All are fully assembled, tested, and site-ready.

Our manifold systems are retrofit-ready, with modular configurations designed to integrate into existing infrastructure. Pre-assembled and pre-tested, they minimise installation time and reduce on-site disruption.

Yes. We partner with hyperscalers and engineering teams to co-develop manifold configurations tailored to AI workloads, liquid cooling topologies, and specific site constraints, supporting both greenfield and retrofit installations.

We work hand-in-hand with your teams from concept to installation. Whether adapting to AI-driven compute loads or integrating into legacy infrastructure, our engineers support manifold design, prototyping, and deployment planning to meet your exact needs.

All manifolds undergo pressure testing at 1.5× operating pressure, weld inspection, and ISO 16232 particle testing with a target of <20,000 particles ≥25μm. Each unit is flushed, borescope-inspected, and fully traceable via ERP, with QA documentation provided on delivery.
