Project Overview
Located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, 80 Ann Street, also known as Heritage Lanes, is a landmark commercial office tower developed by Mirvac and designed by Woods Bagot. The 61,250 m² development represents a new benchmark in workplace design—combining architectural innovation, sustainability, and flexible space planning to attract major tenants such as Suncorp and KPMG.
Tate ConCore Raised Access Flooring System
To support the building’s high-performance environment, Tate ConCore® raised access floor systems were installed throughout the commercial office spaces. These systems deliver exceptional strength, flexibility, and long-term durability, ensuring seamless integration with modern workplace fit-outs.
Products installed:
-
ConCore 800 (3.5 kN, Bare Finish) – All-steel welded panel with cementitious core, offering superior structural integrity and stability.
-
ConCore 1250 (5.6 kN, HPL Finish) – High-strength panel featuring a sleek, durable High-Pressure Laminate surface ideal for collaborative areas.
-
ConCore 1250 (5.6 kN, Vinyl Forbo Finish) – Premium vinyl-topped panel providing enhanced comfort and acoustic performance for work zones.
Each ConCore panel is corrosion-resistant, non-combustible, and carries a Class A flame-spread rating, meeting the highest standards of safety and quality.
