Tate is proud to announce our involvement in one of Australia’s most iconic upcoming developments: Atlassian Tower, set to become one of the world’s largest and tallest commercial hybrid timber buildings. Following successful contract negotiations, Tate will supply and install our industry-leading ConCore® raised access floor system as part of this groundbreaking project.

As the flagship of Sydney’s government-backed Tech Central precinct, Atlassian Tower represents the future of sustainable design, engineering excellence, and modern workplace innovation—values that align directly with Tate’s mission and capabilities in APAC.

About the Project

Atlassian Tower forms the centrepiece of the Atlassian Central development, which will become the future Australian headquarters for Atlassian, one of the country’s most influential and globally recognised software companies.

The project is being jointly delivered with Dexus, an industry-leading Australian property group renowned for its high-quality office and industrial portfolios.

Key project features include:

• 39 floors of premium commercial office space

• 59,100 sqm total GFA

• One of the world’s tallest commercial hybrid timber buildings

• Located within the new Tech Central precinct, Sydney’s emerging powerhouse for innovation and technology

• Completion scheduled for October 2026

Tate's Role

Tate APAC will be supplying and installing our ConCore® 800 & ConCore® 1000 raised access floor systems, supporting the performance, flexibility, and services distribution required for a next-generation workplace like Atlassian’s.

Our appointment is a direct result of the exceptional collaboration between the Raised Access Floor Team and Built, one of Australia’s most trusted contractors and a long-standing Tate partner. Their collective expertise, technical strength, and strong project relationships were instrumental in securing this milestone win.
