What inspired you to join the company originally, and what’s kept you here over the years?
I started in an industry I hadn’t really considered before – one that’s still very male-dominated. What impressed me right away was the scale, the opportunities, and the level you can operate at. At the same time, it feels like a community: close-knit, supportive, and fun to be part of. That mix of challenge and belonging has kept me motivated ever since.
What has been your proudest moment or most rewarding achievement at the company?
The moments that stand out are when the work we do clearly creates value – whether it’s winning projects as a team or achieving milestones that move the business forward. Being part of those successes, and knowing my contribution made a difference, is very rewarding.
How has your role evolved since you first started?
From day one, I was trusted with real responsibility and the chance to shape things – and that trust has only grown. My role has developed continuously, and I’ve been able to drive topics forward, contribute to projects, and see the tangible impact of my work.
What’s one thing you’ve learned during your time here that’s stuck with you?
I’ve learned how powerful it is to work in an environment where people truly listen. Flat hierarchies here aren’t just a phrase – expertise is recognized and acted upon. I’ve also drawn a lot of inspiration from strong leaders around me, which has shaped the way I approach responsibility and leadership myself.
What do you enjoy most about working with your team or colleagues?
Our team – locally and internationally – is fantastic. We collaborate closely, support each other, and celebrate wins together. What I value most is that people aren’t only experts in their fields, but also genuinely great to work with. Since we spend so much of our time at work, that combination of professionalism and humanity is something I truly appreciate.
