Nathan Wallace

Nathan began his career with Tate in 2018 through the graduate program, progressing through four roles across four locations. Most recently, he relocated to Baltimore to take on the role of Senior Engineering Project Manager.

Sophie Van Maanen

Sophie started her career as a Marketing Executive in Tate Dublin as part of the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape Graduate Programme. As Sophie developed professionally, she took the opportunity to relocate to our Australian site. 

Eddie Alford

Since joining Tate, Eddie has advanced from managing raised access flooring in Ireland to overseeing data centre developer accounts worldwide. The company’s collaborative culture and commitment to excellence continue to drive his passion.

Keir Lammas

After leaving the Royal Navy in 2021, Keir began a new path in engineering, completing a short course and working as a Sawman at a bespoke printing machine manufacturer. After three years, seeking more challenge and growth, he has now completed his Apprenticeship with Tate.

Sonia López Fernández

Joining the company in September 2023 as part of the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape graduate programme, Sonia quickly embraced the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Jon Smith

Jon joined Tate in 2024 with a strong desire to broaden his experience and grow within our global organisation. Jon has since relocated to the US, where he now leads the Raised Access Flooring manufacturing facility at Red Lion.

Reece Cambage-Hughes

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reece Cambage-Hughes joined the Kingspan Group Yours To Shape Graduate Programme to apply and grow his skills in a real-world setting.

Jasmin Menafach

Jasmin joined an industry that she hadn’t really considered before and was impressed by the scale, the opportunities, and the level you can operate at. That mix of challenge and belonging has kept Jasmin motivated ever since.

Marc Devereaux

Marc began his career as a labourer, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of site operations from the ground up. Through consistent performance, leadership, and dedication, he progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Project Manager.

Michael Christensen

Michael started his career with us as a Marketing Executive and quickly made his mark within the business. Through dedication and strong performance, he fast-tracked his career and is now working alongside some of the most high-profile developers in central London.

Natalia Musial

Starting as an apprentice at Tate, Natalia joined the business eager to learn and build real, hands-on experience. Throughout the apprenticeship, she developed practical skills, took on increasing responsibility, and gained a strong understanding of the industry and our operations.

Paul Stein

Paul joined Hewetson Floors in 1989 and has built a wealth of experience in estimating. Recently promoted to Senior Estimator at Tate, Paul now leads and mentors the team, sharing his expertise across the department.

Mike Ferguson

Mike joined Tate in 1995 following a recommendation from his college lecturer. He began in the Contracts Department, supporting site activities and coordinating project materials, before moving into the Estimating Department to work on small-scale projects before progressing into the role of Estimator.

Niamh Butterly

Niamh joined us through the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape Graduate Programme and is now building her career in our Dublin office. The Kingspan Group programme stood out for Niamh: from day one, every individual’s expertise is seen as a valuable asset, no matter where you're placed in the organisation.

Cormac Graham

Cormac's move to Canada combined professional opportunity with personal growth, transitioning from project management in Ireland to broader responsibilities in technical sales. Careful preparation, research, and strong collaboration across Tate’s global teams made the relocation and new role seamless.
