Tell us about yourself and your background before joining the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape Graduate programme.
I'm from Dublin and I hold a degree in Business from Technological University Dublin, where I built a strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, and Qualitative Techniques.
Through my studies, I discovered a genuine interest in the analytical and strategic side of business, which ultimately made my decision to pursue a career in this space.
I have always been drawn to innovative thinking and fast-paced environments—especially in the world of data and infrastructure. This interest ultimately led me to work at Tate.
Why did you apply to the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape Graduate programme?
I applied for the Kingspan Group Yours to Shape programme because it stood out from other graduate programmes on the market. From day one, you're a full-time employee, unlike many other graduate roles that are offered on a contract basis.
What really set the programme apart for me was its diversity — not only in the roles and opportunities available, but also in the people. You work alongside graduates from all over the world, taking part in interactive workshops and masterclasses led by senior management.
That level of exposure and investment in our development really showed me that the company is committed to helping graduates succeed and grow within the company.
At Tate, you're not just a number. Every individual’s expertise is seen as a valuable asset, no matter where you're placed in the organisation.
