Can you share an example of a career highlight, memorable project or accomplishment you've been a part of within the company?
Joining the Data Solutions division as a graduate in 2023, one of the standout moments in my career so far has been my growth and development. After relocating to Dublin, I quickly became more familiar with Tate’s products, processes, and gained a deeper understanding of the commercial side of the business. Working on projects related to the manufacturing floor required close collaboration with R&D and other teams, which was essential to understanding the value of the new processes we were introducing. This experience paved the way for my current role as a Product Engineer with the Ceilings team. I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity and excited to take on a new challenge - contributing to Tate’s product strategy and portfolio.
