Raised access floor solution using reused panels

The new reuse raised access floor solution from Tate. Steel encapsulated wood core panels are reclaimed from previous building installations, ready for re-use application. Each panel comes with a limited warranty of up to 25 years when installed with a new pedestal system by our in-house contracting team.

40 Grosvenor Place

The landmark building 40 Grosvenor Place, Belgravia (also known as 4ORTY) has recently undergone a grade A refurbishment to transform it into a high-performing, contemporary, and prestigious workplace.  

During the refurbishment, the floor system was fully replaced with Tate’s latest hybrid scheme designed to optimise sustainability and functionality consisting of 6,245m² of RMG600+ and 1,250m² or reuse panels.

Tate operates a Reuse scheme under which any PSA: 2021 medium grade wood-core panels, including our own product ranges of RMG600 and RMG600+, and heavy grade panel RHG600 Simploc are included in the Reuse Panel takeback scheme and may be eligible for take back by Tate at end-of-life/use, subject to their condition and associated costs. Panels in suitable condition are inspected, validated and reintroduced into the market as Reuse panels.
